Didn’t stick to the price that was previously agreed on. Became verbally angry when asked to make small adjustments to the shape of 1 nail. I was paying $85 for a manicure, and she was unwilling to make small adjustments to the length of 1 nail? She literally raised her voice at me when I simply asked for her advice about pedicures.Services: Sculpted nails

Rachel the nail tech was very quick to remove my shellac but she is also heavy handed on the nail drill which probaby damaged my nails . I did tell her that my nails were very thin and I was extremely nervous and she actually burned me with the nail drill. Also the nail polish wasn't removed thoroughly. Also, she applied the primer sparingly. She applied the bio gel and I can see bubbles underneath. My nails were definitely damaged and I would not come back again. She was also very unhygienic, using gloves for my feet and answering the phone with them at the same time. The work was rushed.

I have been going to Rachel for 13 years, since they opened. She is great at what she does. Always flexible for appointment and fair pricing! I will continue to go see them and recommend anyone else too!!!! :)Services: Manicure
