They don’t respond to cancellation!I have tried to cancel with them for my appointment more than 48hours before. I called, emailed, left a voicemail and I heard nothing back. Then they have charged me a cancellation fee and when I tried to tell them about it, they dismissed it.Unfortunately not my best experience with customer service.They do good in their work but no with their business and customer service

I have been coming here for the past 3 months for laser hair removal sessions and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nadia takes very good care of me, makes sure I am comfortable and is very clean with her work. The clinic is clean, the front desk is welcoming and they have the best prices with the best laser machine. Nadia and the team are great! definitely visit this clinic!!Services: Bikini hair removal
