Mo provided excellent trade-in value. Syed Murtaza Abidi, a service consultant, is a great guy in explaining the details of the service and is always very helpful. Essa created an inviting atmosphere at the dealership, from sales to service to reception. Excellent service, within the time window, and Syed Murtaza Abidi(one of the service consultants) is a great guy in explaining the details of the service. He and his team is always very helpful ....I have dealt with him for last 10 years , always very friendly... I highly recommend him...
That's my experience of the service department...
However when I bought my new Honda pilot in February 2021 from them...it was a pleasure for a few minutes only....as soon as I drove off from the show room i started noticing electrical problems one after the other...the heating was not working as well ...and the seats were not heating too...turns out that The PDI was not done...read full review
I recently picked up my brand new 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid! Janice was fantastic throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. Mo provided excellent trade-in value, making my upgrade easier. Ian was patient and thorough in guiding me through the credit application, doing everything he could to secure my approval—and he succeeded! Kudos to Ashley for finding the exact trim and color I wanted. A big shout-out to Essa for creating such an inviting atmosphere at the dealership, from Sales to Service to Reception. Overall, it was an amazing experience!
