The sales rep responded to my online enquiry promptly and set up an appointment for me to view the vehicle very quickly. The buying process was efficient and seamless.

I recently went to BMW Markham to purchase a new car. Michelle Fung was my brand ambassador and was extremely diligent making the car buying process a smooth one, especially for a first time BMW buyer! She was incredibly knowledgeable and only recommended options that made sense to make things efficient, which I really appreciated. When I went to pickup my car, I was also lucky to be assigned to Vince who provided a thorough overview on the features and even went above and beyond to clean up a few scuff marks for me before the key handover process.
