We were recommended Jia Jia by a colleague and were not disappointed! The booking process was very easy, Sharon is super helpful both via email and on the phone, and answered all of my questions promptly. The quote is clear - 2 movers & a truck for a min of 3h, there's an empty vehicle charge for them to drive to/from their warehouse to me, and a fuel surcharge. No hidden costs, everything was very upfront. On the day of the move, the movers arrived exactly on time and went over the quote with me again to make sure I had no questions.
