I got a few pedicures here at Graceful nails before but today was my first refill and manicure. Wendy did a great job. She was very patient and did a fantastic job. I wanted my nails short in a square shape. She did it exactly how I wanted it.

I never have a problem with them, however when my mom and aunt paid cash, they took $5 and said this is for the tip. They don't ask, it's more like telling. I thought that was very unprofessional. Left a bad feeling for my mom and aunt too. They usually give tip on their own, but when they demand something like that and just take it, it's rude.
