I had a horrible day at this gym today. I have been a member So many years, I have never seen so rude staff like Kim . She could have told the member politely and more friendly manner. Instead she is so bossy and rude way to change the shoes as soon as I get there. She stressed me out today.

I absolutely love this gym and the fact that it’s women’s only. It’s generally very clean and the staff are very nice.
My only issue is that in the new Pilates studio there is no requirement for people to be wearing socks - so they’re putting their bare feet everywhere and in the straps (which can’t be disinfected or cleaned easily). This seems very unhygienic since people put their hands and heads in the same spots. I really hope this policy changes

This gym is great. But i really hope the sanitary doesn't fall apart. This whole week that I have come in, there was dust on the base of the machines/around and under. The big machines for hip thrust i get close/on the floor right away my allergies started to spike. Its all over the framing areas. Hope i see it more clean i the future.

Great centre with well maintained equipment, and a variety of rooms and amenities including a Pilates studio and really nice massage chairs. Women-only environment is comfortable and motivating and best of all, clean!
