The facility is generally clean and organized, with a decent selection of equipment. The gym's Blackzone area gives black card members some privacy during workouts, which is a great feature for those looking for a more concentrated and customized workout. While the washrooms could be improved, especially at night, the overall cleanliness has seen positive changes recently. Maintenance of broken equipment has been improving, with repairs happening faster, likely due to a new manager. Best times to visit are late at night or early morning to avoid crowds and enjoy a more peaceful workout experience. Additionally, the gym has added two brand new stair masters, enhancing the workout options. However, some members have expressed a desire for more machines instead of treadmills. Overall, Fit4Less is a good option for anyone looking to work out in a spacious facility with great air conditioning and natural lighting.
Edit: came back to this gym. Had poor experience last time due to poor lighting and no water fountain. This time, both have been improved. Had great experience.
P.S. the gym is quite crowded. Another Lat pull down machine wouldn't hurt.
I arrived at Fit4Less Markham Cochrane location for the first time to sign up for a new membership and wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted by an exceptional representative Denae. Right away I felt very welcomed and Denae was extremely informative knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with ease. Denae, was very transparent and was very confident with suggestions for what would be best for my fitness goals. With such a great tour of the facility it was an incredible experience and Denae's assistance made signing up very easy. I truly recommend this location. Thank you again Denae for all your help in my decision to help reshape my life.

1️⃣ Quiet and clean gym where I can focus on my training and experience
2️⃣ Very diversified equipment for every day training
3️⃣ Very cozy massage machine and change and shower room
❗️ But I feel dangerous to shower in the shower room because I can see the exposed electricity wires under the metal control panel.
❗️ And the water can’t be stopped after your quick shower. Have to wait for automatic stop with a 15 mins timer. If you shower quickly, that will waste some amount of the water. 💦
