CrossFit UV is an excellent place to either improve or maintain your level of physical fitness. Fergus and the staff are very friendly and create a very positive and energetic atmosphere. My PT sessions with Mathew have been amazing! He is able to quickly isolate the areas where I need to improve most and challenges me just the right amount.

I came to CrossFit UV because I was desperately searching for an alternative to the boring daily grind at my local gym. I have been truly amazed by how motivating and exciting the team at CrossFit UV make every workout. I wish I had come here years ago. They have classes starting at 6AM which is ideal for my schedule.I went back to my local gym to cancel my membership and the moment I entered I was shocked by how different it felt. At CrossFit UV I feel a kind of energy to push past your limits and strive for excellence. I found a vacuum at my old gym.
