Personal training sessions with Mathew are highly praised for quickly identifying areas for improvement and providing appropriate challenges. The early morning classes, such as the 6am fitness class, are perfect for those with busy schedules, and the variety of workouts makes the hour fly by. LOVE IT!! Coaches are very professional, I have been training for 6 months there and gained muscle and strength. Recommend this gym to everyone who is interested in CF or hesitates to start. Workouts are customized based on your ability, coaches are helpful and will guide you to make sure you don't get injured.
The atmosphere at CF UV is amazing — everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and motivating. The gym is always clean, and organized, the workouts are challenging and fun, and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
CrossFit UV has been my home away from home for just over 8 years, and as they celebrate their 10th anniversary, I can’t think of a better time to share just how much this gym has meant to me.
The sense of community here is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I first walked through the doors, every coach and every member made me feel genuinely welcomed. Eight years later, that hasn’t changed. In fact, if I miss a 6 a.m. class, I can almost guarantee that either a coach or someone from my morning crew will check in to make sure I’m okay.
