Our air conditioner and furnace broke down at the worst possible time. (dead of heat) We called in a technician who told us it would take at least a week to get it installed. I called my realtor who referred a sales rep from ecostar named Tracy. Tracy was quick, professional and knowledgeable. She came to the house and gave us a very reasonable quote the same day. We changed our original furnace, AC, and hot water tank the next day. The technicians were professional and fast. A few days later when our old humidifier leaked, Tracy sent a technician within the hour to fix it!
