I had an amazing experience. Working with Jalal he helped me find a car I wanted. As it had just come in, he told me in would take two days for them to have it detailed for me. Early on the pickup day he called me to let me know he found some paint defects we had not been able to see prior to detailing.
As I was unwilling to accept the car with the defects he helped me find another vehicle in my price range with more features. I am enjoying my Rav 4 Hybrid.
