“I cannot recommend Ryan and his team highly enough! He completed our Markham basement renovation perfectly on time and strictly on budget with total transparency.A special shout-out to Min and Wu—their Master craftsmanship is incredible. The seamless rigid flooring, flawless drywall blending, and precise carpentry are stunning.

I actually used chatGPT assistant to visually validate their work at every single stage, and they passed every structural, code, and trade layout check with flying colors.
Also for our 3-month-old puppy’s health. the crew took extra precautions to isolate construction dust and manage ventilation safely.

Clean, respectful, and highly skilled. If you want master-level quality that stands up to strict, step-by-step AI validation, hire Ryan's team!”

Great Spaces

15 Heritage Road Suite 20, Markham

Sat 9AM - 3PM

“It has been our pleasure to work with Rob and his team through two major renovations to our home. First, in 2020, Great Spaces totally renovated two bathrooms on our second floor and built a completely new bathroom in our basement. Just recently, we completed a total rebuild of our kitchen.

Throughout both projects the Great Spaces team worked professionally to complete the work on-time and on-budget. We have been more than pleased with the quality of the work that each tradesperson has provided.

Rob oversees the project from start to finish. He provides excellent advice, estimates the cost of the project, travels to the various suppliers to help make selections, oversees the suppliers and tradespeople and, assumes full responsibility for the quality of the finished project.

We have more than pleased with quality of our renovations and with the honest, straight-forward approach that Rob brings to all aspects of the process.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Great Spaces for any and all renovation and new construction projects.”

Elite Renovators load bearing wall removal

32 Mercer Crescent, Markham

“We had a great experience working with Steven for our home renovation. He helped us remove two load-bearing walls to open up our kitchen, and the transformation has been incredible. From the beginning, Steve was transparent about the process, clearly explained what to expect, and kept us updated every step of the way. He was always punctual and professional, and we felt confident having him lead.

We also got a quote from him for other projects like roofing, and it's clear that he's knowledgeable when it comes to home construction and renovation. It’s rare to find someone this versatile and trustworthy. Highly recommend him if you're looking for someone reliable and skilled!”
