“I have been coming to this Clinic on a regular basis (over 15 times) since February of 2019. At first I came for my chronic shoulder injury I incurred playing 10+ years of volleyball. Maria has been an amazing Physiotherapist and is highly knowledgeable of anatomy and movement patterns. She has restored my range of motion, decreased the pain, and improved the function of my shoulder. Maria also treated other ailments such as sore jumper's knee due to poor tracking of my knees and released my IT band. One session and the pain was gone.I also received several Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) sessions from Jane and Frank. They are legit and provide consistent and deep pressure. The massages are more therapeutic than relaxation. My back muscles were hard and knotty at first and after 3 sessions, my posture improved considerably.I have been extremely happy with the service because when I had a problem, they dealt with it immediately and professionally. I paid $80 tax in for Physiotherapy or RMT for 1 hour treatments. At first I paid Credit Card for all my services but then I set up automatically billing with my insurance company (Manulife). I have had zero issues with it so far. They also provided receipts after every session.As far as I know, Maria works Tuesday and Saturdays starting from 10am. Jane also works on those days. Frank works on Wednesdays. They have other RMTs and non-RMT sessions but I do not have hands-on experience with them but they were friendly and nice. They are able to speak both English and Chinese but communicate to me in English.After turning 32 and starting a family, self care has been an important part of my life. I needed to take care of myself so that I could take care of my family. The investment to take care of my body and restore normal and pain free function in my daily physical activities has been my aim. The journey has been arduous but rewarding.From a satisfied client and how much Jane, Maria and Frank have helped me, I felt that I needed to write this review. They are that good! I travel 30 minutes (North York) to see them. I refer my wife, family and friends here so I highly recommend this clinic to others looking for a restoration!-Steven C“

“I went to Jen with chronic plantar fasciitis pain for shockwave therapy. She was very gentle, kind with me, provided the best treatment and advice for orthotics and shoes. I also got my custom orthotics from them recently and they are excellent. At the end of the treatment, my pain reduced to a very large extent and am very grateful to Jen and her staff for their help. Recommend them 100 percent!“
