Dave at Car House went above and beyond for me last Friday. I called the Car House Friday afternoon and explained the concerns we had about the brakes in our Honda Civic. Due to the urgent need to have the car back on the road as quickly as possible, Dave was so kind and helpful. He had his mechanics look at our car right away. They fixed the problems very quickly. Dave was even so kind as to lend me a car to run an errand, as I was on a tight time line. I was so relieved to have the car back quickly as I was on call. Dave and The Car House is a business that our entire family trusts and the only place we will take our cars for servicing.
Got a set of Rims installed earlier this week. 20 mins after leaving, noticed that one of the rims was damaged during the install. Went back and spoke to David who took full ownership and had the rim replaced within a couple of days. Great service!
I recently had an urgent issue with my car's brakes and needed them fixed at short notice. I drove to Car House Tirecraft on a Saturday morning and they were incredibly accommodating, fitting me into their schedule promptly. Not only did they fix the brakes quickly, but they also did an exceptional job. What also impressed me was that they didn't overcharge me, despite the rush job. They also did not do fixes that I don't need, like changing the calipers as another shop had identified. The owner and staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and fair pricing.
