I don't know much about computers, I was just doing a favor for my husband by dropping off his PC for a diagnosis. Right before that, I had some bloodwork done, so I wasn't supposed to lift anything heavy. The staff was incredibly friendly and carried the PC inside for me! To make things even better, the diagnosis was ready the very same day. My husband was happy, and so was I. Everything was perfect!

Great store with lots of options, but the customer service was the best part. Jason, who I believe was the manager, and his coworker were both super kind, patient, and understanding 🙌 We realized we forgot our phone, and they helped us by making a new membership account for us right there in the store. They made the situation much easier and were really helpful throughout. Great experience overall — definitely recommend this location if you’re close to Markham! 👍⭐
