I met Mark by total chance; the usual business I frequent for PC repair was closed on Civic Holiday, but Mark opened shop and as a client it was the luckiest I've been in years because I've never met a more personable, dedicated and thorough professional. Technicians I used to deal with don't hold a candle to his workmanship.He diagnosed my CPU and motherboard that were fried after a system shock, soldered new sensors, saved my corrupted system plus reinstalled a fresh OS in under 3 hours...on the same day no less! I have been dealing with this company and Mark Chan for over 30 years now, and have NEVER been disappointed. Mark has unbelievable skills with computers and has been 200% honest and straightforward in all his dealings with me. If you either have a PC problem to be diagnosed and fixed, or are looking to update your hardware/software, you'll get the right advice and the service you need with Mark. I'm about to buy my fifth computer from him; every PC I've bought has been reliable and working to its end! The only reason I've ever had for replacing one of his PCs has been that I wanted a "better, newer or faster/bigger" product!! Thanks, Mark.
