Purchased this unit for my 2018 Ford F150 STX Sport. I am not quite a "techie" but I am pretty handy on figuring things out. The install was pretty straightforward. After it was in had a few issues which required me to contact online customer support. I can honestly say that this support experience was the best I have ever experienced. They were responsive and competent and were able to get me quickly and easily through some of the more complex issues I could not figure out on my own. Hands down the BEST customer support I have ever had. Thanks.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I always received immediate responses using their chat line and a call back from the tech within minutes. For my 2017 Tundra Limited: I installed it within 45 minutes with the help from their on line You tube sites and a 15 minutes with their tech to trouble shoot to get my backup camera to engage when putting it into reverse. The Tech was a pleasure to work with. He was quick with good deductive skills. We used Apple's Face time app and He took a step by step approach and within a couple steps he discovered i was using the wrong hot wire. We cleared up the problem within 15 minutes. I found auto tech pro after watching several you videos for Tesla style f150 radio and I liked “ Dean it yourself “ channels review. I should have bought this long time ago . It is amazing helpful in business . Navigation, answering phone , back up cam. I love auto tech pro I had a small problem understanding install and they walked me right thru it . I installed my system myself in about an hour. All plug and play.
