I was lucky to get a massage session with Ava as my therapist. The place was clean and professional looking, and I instantly felt comfortable despite it being my first time getting a massage. Ava was incredibly professional and treated all of my concerns with a high level of knowledge and respect. I highly recommend going to Ashgrove if you are looking for places that treat you with compassion and care.

Had a very uncomfortable experience with the owner. Be very careful who you choose to see when you have a massage done. Also, a consent form must be completed before a therapist can treat certain areas. Make sure you know your rights.

The RMT’s are absolutely amazing!!! I have been to each one and they are all fabulous, each has their own special talent. I have been for both pre-natal and post-natal massages. I bring my baby along now and each RMT is so understanding and goes with the flow if I need to pause to tend to baby. They all make you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed, which is essential. The spa is clean and organized. I am so thankful that I discovered Ashgrove! Highly recommend ?
