Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I called after burning a skirt I was ironing and Cos was so kind over the phone. He was honest with me about how he could help and didn’t over-promise, he reassured me and had my skirt steamed for me immediately when I brought it in. I will definitely be back.
