I don’t usually like to complain, but this experience was disappointing. We booked a couples massage based on the website price of $100 per person, but were charged $135 each when we arrived, which wasn’t clearly explained.
Our original appointment was at 2 PM, and the spa asked us to come at 3 PM instead. We arrived exactly on time, but the session still started late. During the massage, the therapist mentioned that we were late, which wasn’t accurate.
The service itself was inconsistent. My partner had a good experience, but my massage did not feel like a full-body session as advertised—my arms and hands were skipped and not massaged at all. Overall, I didn’t feel relaxed and felt the same when I went there no changes at all.
For the price paid, I expected a much better and more professional experience.

I had my first appointment today with RMT Tracy. Was booked for a 60minute massage and 30minutes body scrub. I will be booking another appointment as I had a comfortable and great experience. The place is clean, the staff are kind and helpful and I hope to use other services in the near future.

I had an excellent experience at Alpha Spa & Wellness. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. I booked a body massage and facial, and both services exceeded my expectations. The massage helped relieve tension and left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, while the facial made my skin feel soft, hydrated, and rejuvenated.

I had such an amazing experience with Vicky and genuinely cannot recommend her enough! From the moment the session started, it was very comfortable and relaxed. She consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was okay, and it was honestly perfect throughout the entire massage. You can really tell that she’s experienced and knows exactly what she’s doing because she was able to target all the right areas where I was holding tension and stress.
The massage itself was beyond relaxing. I actually ended up falling asleep because it was just THAT good. Every movement felt intentional, soothing, and therapeutic at the same time. I walked out feeling so much lighter, refreshed, and completely relieved of the tension I had been carrying.
Vicky has such a calming and professional presence, and she truly made the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable. This was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had, and I’m super satisfied with my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience!

Alfa Spa is my go to place for massage. I’ve been here for couple of years. Kelly and May are my favorite therapists. I have great experience for relax and relieve muscle pain. The front desk is always welcoming. Highly recommend!
