I had some issues with my Septic system and called up Cliffs Plumbing and Heating. One of the Cliff's Guys came out and was very helpful in diagnosing what the issue was, taking time to explain the issue to me and also getting it fixed properly and in a very timely manner. Would recommend them to a friend any day. 10/10

Chris and Cam were very diligent and professional about their work. They were also very neat and polite whenever we would ask about the furnace and a/c system that was being installed. They were working at installing new ductwork in our century old house but never complained about the situation. Again very diligent!!! The price was right ✅ the price was six to nine thousand dollars less than three other quotes we had from the goderich area. Thanks again to all the staff at cliff's plumbing and heating

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for great service provided by Brett.We arrived at our cabin to open up in port albert on Friday afternoon to find we had a pipe burst when turning on the water for the first time. We had called and spoke to Brett who said he'd come out in an hr.. He was there in 45 min and took care of our issue within an hr.. To have someone come out, spur of the moment to help us on a Friday late afternoon with beautiful weather when I'm sure all he wanted to do was to start his weekend was very much appreciated.
