I was in a hurry to purchase flooring because I forgot to get it for my contractor. I searched at Big Box stores, but was not able to get same day purchase. I would have had to order and wait for delivery to the store. This was out of the questions. I discovered World Class Floors on an Internet search. I called and asked if I could pick up flooring on the spot should I find what I was looking for. They were extremely helpful and had a huge selection available. I paid $1.50 less per foot for the similar flooring that I would have gotten at the Big Box store. The service was impeccable, and they loaded it into my car immediately. I guess that it was helpful that I came prepared with my questions and knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want. I was told that it was Final Sale, which was fine with me given that we are installing it today. I asked about the possibility of purchasing more in the future, but they couldn't guarantee availability. This is the same anywhere. I had to decide if I wanted to buy more for a future job, but this is a personal decision. I won't blame them in the future if they don't have the same flooring. They answered all my questions and I got EXACTLY what I wanted and needed. I am so thrilled to have discovered this store in London. I will definitely recommend to my friends and anyone who asks. Thanks so much for being so great and helping me get what I required and loading it into my car. I would not have been able to do it myself!
