The service is of superior quality, and Western Auto Service is highly recommended for their professional expertise and fair pricing. Customers praise the courteous and respectable staff, who have helped them in a bind and turned potential nightmares into easy fixes. One customer with a BMW received fabulous service and great people, and was not charged for the work done. The owner, Craig, is an incredibly knowledgeable and methodical mechanic who goes above and beyond to solve issues. His honesty is unparalleled, and his pricing is a true reflection of this trait. Craig the owner test drove my car for free due to my suspicion of shifting problems. Didn’t have any work done but he gave me some suggestions on what I should do next. Thanks. Didn’t get any repair work done but they seem to be honest and know what they’re talking about. Jen and Janice behind the counter are welcoming too. Also they’ve been around for 20+ years.
Just had the timing belt and water pump replaced in my 2006 Lexus SC430.
When I got the bill it was slightly different than what I had been quoted. Apparently this was as a result of a change in the labor rate.
Craig overhead the conversation and immediately, without hesitation, changed the bill to reflect the quote that I had been given.
This is the kind of treatment that has made me a loyal customer.
I have had Craig, Bernie and the team perform other work on this car and I have never been disappointed.
In my opinion this is a first rate shop.
