The service is of superior quality, and Western Auto Service is highly recommended for their professional expertise and fair pricing. One customer with a BMW received fabulous service and great people, and was not charged for the work done. Just had the timing belt and water pump replaced in my 2006 Lexus SC430.
When I got the bill it was slightly different than what I had been quoted. Apparently this was as a result of a change in the labor rate.
Craig overhead the conversation and immediately, without hesitation, changed the bill to reflect the quote that I had been given.
This is the kind of treatment that has made me a loyal customer.
I have had Craig, Bernie and the team perform other work on this car and I have never been disappointed.
In my opinion this is a first rate shop.

We have been using Craig and his amazing team for many many years. It’s hard to find a small dealership with old school values. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted with friendly faces and furry faces as well. They always take care of our vehicles and their prices are fair and reasonable. It’s the worth the wait to get an appointment!!
