Overall great gym. Been going regularly for 2 months now and I have grown to like it very quickly. The community is friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are fun. The programming repeats skilled movements regularly which is great if working on a skill. The gymnastics class is a great bonus and class times work great for me - all day, every day crossfit essentially :)
I joined WLCF just over 3 years ago and I have no regrets! Everyone is so friendly and encouraging, even when you’re new to CrossFit and weightlifting and have no idea what’s going on (the coaches will help you out!). Would highly recommend for anyone looking to change up their fitness routine and be part of a welcoming community.
