They own a low-rise multiplex on Becher. The ceiling collapsed in my kitchen because there was a leak on the top floor, the office manager was unavailable and there was no emergency contact. They did a rough patching job, but left a gap near the wall. This was in July 2025. We are now in January 2026. I got an email from them saying they would come by between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the Monday or Tuesday of the last week of December to finish the work. I had to move my furniture and didn't have the full use of my kitchen for those two days. By the end of the day Tuesday, the repair was still not done.
