I did a hack job on my own hair after having dreadlocks, and it just needed to be cleaned up. Rob was easy to talk to, personable, honest, and made me feel completely at ease. He asked me for reassurance about what I wanted, but I trusted him to style my hair professionally according to a brief description. He did a perfect job fixing my hair and making it look feminine and fresh.

I took my older brother for a haircut and shave today after many weeks of trying to convince him he needed both. The staff was very welcoming and gentle with my brother. He has dementia and a birth defect so getting him to go was a struggle but I’m so glad that I persuaded him to finally go. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff. I will certainly bring him again.
