I walked in and asked why the difference between a man's and woman's cut. They didn't even debate with me, just offered me the lower price (as a woman). I did a hack job on my own hair after having dreadlocks, and it just needed to be cleaned up. Rob was easy to talk to, personable, honest, and made me feel completely at ease. He asked me for reassurance about what I wanted, but I trusted him to style my hair professionally according to a brief description. He did a perfect job fixing my hair and making it look feminine and fresh. Rob even gave me some advice about where to look for a job, as I am new to the area. Italians! They know everyone! I highly recommend this location for women and men. Thanks Rob, for making my day a happy (and affordable) one.
Northland Mall Barber shop welcomed me back for my first cut after COVID. Tyler did a super job on my hair. Mike has also not raised the price! I will be back. Thank you. Joe Dewan
