their quality is very good but their items are too expensive.1 small set is 40 $. their creams are too expensive and you should check their website.I strongly think that they should make thjeir stuff less expensive. even with sales, their stuff are too EXPENSIVE.MAKE YOUR STUFF LESS EXPENSIVE

For my birthday my grandma in her 80s took the time to actually visit this location to find me a gift and when I spoke with her about the gift she told me about her experience saying the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, without being pushy or trying to make her get things just to make a sale. My grandmother is recovering from illness and a possible stroke causing facial paralysis, making it really hard for her to want to go out, this warmed my heart to know the white oaks Sephora staff helped her so much knowing how hard it has been for her to leave her house. Plus, the product they helped her pick is lovely and was an amazing gift!
