Can not be more grateful for Neil (11) . After having problems with our Nissan Titan , Neil was to the rescue. From the moment he got on scene he was friendly and personable. Even after the truck was all loaded up . He helped my husband and I find accommodations in town as we’re not from around here and waited with us until our Uber arrived .

After dropping my kids off at summer camp, my Bronco wouldn’t restart and flashed all the warning signs on my dash. FORD roadside linked me up with Ross Towing, and Shane arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. He did some diagnostics on site to ease my worries and loaded it up to take it, and me, to the dealership.
He was fantastic and calming - it was already a stressful day and he was so pleasant to chat with on the drive to the dealership which helped lower my anxiety and keep me calm!
