I had been dealing with lower back pain for the better part of 6 months due to sitting for 8-10 hours a day in an office chair. Jessica did an amazing job massing my back, talking me through past injuries that could be underlying issues and showing me some great stretches. She said the massage wouldn't be an instant fix but that's where she was wrong! She did such an amazing job that the next day the pain was gone!I'm utterly amazed and will absolutely recommend her to anyone! If you are thinking about going in, don't wait. Just go!

Definitely one of my favourite go to massage clinics in London ON.Place is clean and staff are so friendly and professional especially with Natalie and Ashley. Highly recommend this place ??

Amazing place! Yes you have to wear a mask but not a big deal.Jessica was amazing very nice and I probably fell asleep it was that nice. After I was done she referred me to a chiropractor since my shoulder was most likely injured and would need more then just a massage!She suggested to me a near by chiropractor and he’s great and fixed my issues in 3 sessions.
