Thoughtful and patient. I needed their help to clearly articulate the shapes and textures that I was looking for to express how I was feeling through flowers.
Staff was super friendly however I feel I was very specific in my requests for bridal bouquets and unfortunately did not get what I requested. I ordered lily based bouquets with dendrobiums and ended up with giant fern leaves right in the middle of the bouquets totally taking away from the look. Was truly gawdy and heartbreaking to see 4 hours before the wedding when my daughter sent me pictures of what I was given. I have emailed the company with no response.
