First let me express how as a client I appreciate the fact that when I have a scheduled appointment their attention to detail, conversation, and care to me always starts from the beginning to the very end of my visit.
I would like to express my utter disappointment to the person above as you stood behind me while we were talking directly to my left (which hides you from the gentleman on the phone who was taking appointments) and also very close to the Walmart cashiers. Still really happy with my Regal Nail experience. Friendly atmosphere, great technicians and owners.
I really appreciate how they show such respect to my 90 year old mother when she accompanies me and gets a mani /pedi.
