I highly recommend Poulsen’s for heating and air condition service and installation and service. Calls are answered or immediately returned 24/7 by Angie; not an answering machine where you wonder if and when your call will be returned. Angie is wonderful and keeps you updated when to expect their arrival and monitors if they’re running ahead/or behind giving you updates. I’ve used Poulsen’s for several years and appreciate that Robb takes the time to explain what needs to be fixed and why. Ten years ago, when there was a government rebate available, I called Poulson to come out and give me a quote on a new boiler. The guy was honest enough to tell me my boiler was fine and didn’t need replacing. I swore if I ever needed to call an HVAC repair I would call Poulson again. Well this week my boiler wouldn’t fire up so I called and had them send someone out. Again, the technician was so professional and honest, serviced my boiler, cleaned up afterward, we’re warm again and the bill was fair.
