I just had the best experience - an employee named Marshall helped me saved thirty bucks by patiently walking me through the savings app. They were so patient and friendly with my kids while I had to update my password and all that. Thanks Marshall - you made my day!!

Staff is friendly, the cyber sale was well worth it and the treats program is fabulous. However it is frustrating that everytime I order curbside I have to come into the store anyway because people who are in store shopping are parked in the curbside spots.

We had such a wonderful experience picking out our new kitten. Our older cat passed away at 14, and we needed that companionship back in our lives again.
Every thing was perfect at the PetSmart Masonville, a very special thank you to Heather, she was just wonderful helping us out, she was such a joy to be involved with in our new adoption.
I urge everyone to go to the Masonville PetSmart and pick out your new kitty. Ask for Heather to help you out, she’s fantastic!
