Shout out to Carter - the animal care specialist who is often there Sunday mornings. He is so patient with my 1.5 year old toddler - showing her the animals and the fish and going over all the information about them and their care. He goes above and beyond with his time and customer service.

I really like how the staff has updated their store. So many deals. Good pricing as well. I wish they had more selection for dog Tshirt or PJ’s. Otherwise great experience all around. Glitch will be a regular thanks to the points system and great service. ?
