Paul was referred by a friend after my water tank failed and flooded my basement. He was very quick to respond and had a new tankless water heater installed within a couple days of calling. Very professional, and does great work. Highly recommend for any HVAC issues. My tankless works awesome and I'm happy I found him!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Paul from PAKheatingandcooling. I am thoroughly impressed with his outstanding service. I've just recently moved to London and Paul was a recommendation from the community to reach out to and upgrade my 20 year old water heater. We also wanted to run a gas line to the BBQ. Not only that Paul was quick - he was able to quote and assess everything with accuracy. You can tell right away when someone's experience in getting stuff done.

Paul was professional, responsive and able to quickly repair my split unit. He went above and beyond by even cleaning up the aesthetics of the original install. I will definitely be recommending and using his services in the future.
