We are finished phase one and are about to embark on phase two of a renovation of a 1960's side split in the Hunt Club area of London. We have been very happy with Kevin, Tyler and Hannah. From the design and conception phase to construction, clean up and beyond they have been very responsive to our many questions and last minute requests. The tradespeople they have brought in have been consistently good, with Opal always ensuring that everything is top-notch and professionally done. Communication has been excellent, including our 'Client Portal' where we can review invoices, work schedules and more. The odd time there have been issues with the work done (some of which we probably wouldn't have noticed to be honest), Kevin and Tyler are always right on top of it, making sure the work is done to the highest possible standards. Perhaps most importantly, these are all genuinely nice people too which goes a long way for us. Phase one was completed in a timely manner and on budget. We would not hesitate to recommend Opal Building Co, and are looking forward to the next stage of this transformation! James and Stephanie Norton
We definitely recommend Opal for your renovation needs. Tyler, Hannah, and Kevin designed and delivered the master bedroom & ensuite of our dreams (the photos speak for themselves!). The team was excellent from the planning, designing, demolition, construction, right down to the final touches. The work was timely and on schedule. Communication was excellent. The team and all subcontractor companies were professional and respectful. We lived in our home with two small children during the renovation process, this is never an easy task however Opal was very mindful of us and our family - our kids even looked forward to seeing and interacting with Tyler & Kevin. Kevin, Hannah, & Tyler’s work and customer service was beyond excellent - they all were great to have working in our home - trustworthy & reliable. We love our new transformed space and spa-like ensuite bath. Thank You so much Opal!
