Very pleased with the service we received at Natural Stone City. After shopping around and getting numerous quotes in London and surrounding area, we decided to complete our project with Natural Stone City as their quote was the most detailed and transparent. The expected turn around time from template to instal was approximately 2 weeks which also beat any competitor we had been in contact with. Nikki was great to deal with from the second we walked through the door and made the entire process easy with her open communication. I was happy to deal with this company!I ordered the countertop for my kitchen and happy that I was not looking for another company.First in their showroom my wife and me chose nice stone countertop with advice Nikki who help us for material and good price! Anna was pleasant to deal with. Quick with a quote and answers to whatever questions we had. Measurements were done in a timely manner; he was also very friendly and polite. The 3 men that installed the countertops were courteous and friendly. Great price as well.All and all very happy with the service ??
