I have owned a few homes over the years, and this is our 3rd new build, and truly Millstone Homes is by far the best. Not only the build quality, but also the whole process experience. We wanted some changes from the original floor plan, and they were very accommodating and responsive.
The job site supervisor was on top of his game and answered every question and concerns, while also recommending changes we have not foreseen. We also had the privilege of meeting the owner (Vasile) on a few occasions; he's a great guy, fair and accommodating when possible.
We've been in the home for over 2 years, without any issues.
