Midas on Wharncliffe is where I have had my cars serviced for a number of years. The staff are always super helpful, the mechanics are easy to talk to and explain any issues to you and the waiting area is clean and great to have a coffee in. I recommend Midas on Wharncliffe to my coworkers and friends.
Everything at Midas is top notch. Walking into a calm relaxing welcoming environment. To then, being treated with the most respect. My favourite part, when the mechanic will come and get you to show you some concerns they have of your vehicle. Other places would go ahead and fix it and charge you for it. Not at Midas . Been going there ever since I owned a vehicle and that won’t change . Highly highly highly recommend checking them out .
Booked my appointment with this Midas only 3 days before and they had me in for a safety no issues. It turned out the vehicle needed front brakes to pass, which for a vehicle of it's age is to be expected - They even brought me out into the shop to show me the old brake pads fell apart as they disassembled them to inspect them - Nice honest shop. Beyond that, this was a Saturday during a long weekend and they stayed open after hours to make sure I could get myself and my vehicle home that day - hats off to you guys, you go above and beyond with customer service. Thanks to Jamie their Tech - fantastic work. 10/10 will be taking my vehicle here in the future.
