Mechanics you can trust. You can trust MacKenzie auto to recommend the work that needs to be done. You can trust them to diagnose the problem. You can trust them do the needed work correctly. You can trust them not to sell you unnecessary work. I know this because I’ve been going there for years. They have worked on many of my cars. They have diagnosed warranty problems that the dealership didn’t. They maintained my 1967 Fury for 5 years and it never once left me on the side of the road. Good honest team here - I am a solo woman and find they are respectful and always happy to inform me of the details & explain what I don't understand. The cost of repairs is very reasonable - usually less than I anticipate. They openly inform me of my options when it comes to repairs - what they recommend, the risks of waiting etc which I find incredibly helpful. Norm, Don, Taylor & Adam are all polite professional and open. Great shop.Services: Transmission

absolute best mechanic. reasonable, accommodating, helpful, approachable, and clean. I first attended as a solo young woman with bad advice from another mechanic who told me I needed all four brakes replaced. I attended here alone and was told that I did not need any brakes replaced (when they VERY easily could have taken advantage of me and charged me for it.) Since then, I have always felt safe and comfortable here. I am a student supporting myself, so the student discount is very appreciated.
