The experience was good, but I think it would be better suited to the average person. I attended because I injured my shoulder. There was only one assessment at the start. Since I am accustomed to moving my body in various ways and know how to handle pain, my body adapted to the four daily exercises. I also had a pad placed on my body for three sessions to relax my muscles, but it had minimal effect.
Wonderful experience with truly professional care. This physical therapist is extremely professional and highly competent. They have provided significant help with my injuries, specifically to my hip and back. I am delighted to say that my entire experience here has been wonderful.
