Greatest strength is selection, and friendly and helpful staff. Produce section good, and lots of wellness (pharmacy, supplements) choices. Prices okay, perhaps slightly higher than elsewhere. BUT: I have a complaint that should be laid at the feet of management. On multiple occasions I have selected something on sale at a very good price -- as per sticker on shelf -- only to have full price charged at checkout. Not once, not one kind of product, but several times. In each case, the cashier or attendant at self-checkout corrected the price: but it had not been entered into their system at all. Once or twice can be excused, but this seems to be a consistent pattern, and the response of the cashiers suggested it was no surprise to them either. There is no excuse for this, and as a result I end up going more often to other stores.

The pharmacist on February 9th was over the top helpful and kind to me when I inquired about questions on the Covid-19 rapid test. I work at a store in the same parking lot and had little time left on my break. I wish I looked at your name tag, but I was in a rush. Thank you for everything today. Your customer service was outstanding!

I’m not a client of this pharmacy but my ailing sister is. I am very impressed with the attention the pharmacist pays to her meds and alerts me if there are discrepancies or concerns. There have been several occasions when issues would have gone unnoticed if not for the care he takes in dispensing her prescriptions. Debra also is very friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had to call with a question. I have read some of the other negative reviews and can attest that this has not been my experience!
