Leads Employment Services is a not-for-profit employment and skills development agency that has been providing specialized and customized services for people with disabilities and/or employment-related barriers in Southwestern Ontario since 1986. The agency's Employment Specialists work closely with clients to help them develop employment, life management, and community skills, access employment opportunities, and receive post-employment supports. Leads also collaborates with employers, assisting with screening, matching, and onboarding, as well as offering training and accommodation recommendations to save them time and resources. Leads has a proven track record, having placed over 25,000 candidates with more than 16,000 employers.
