I wasn’t, I was just starting to look and she said no problem I’m available for any questions. She circled back after 15 minutes and was so helpful, knowledgeable, I felt no pressure at all… The result, I bought right then and there. I had a great experience.

London Lazboy made it so easy. After shopping ALL the other stores on the strip their product, showroom and sales team were noticeably higher quality.
The furniture is a better build, however, comes with a price tag to match. It will cost you more but the warranty makes it a solid long term purchase.
