Kevin was such a great help and we wouldn’t have been able to close on our dream home without him. He was easily accessible at all times and worked so hard with lenders to get us everything we needed. Anyone looking to buy a house I would time and time again recommend using Kevin. After seeing a number of mortgage brokers we are so glad we went with Maventure Mortgage Co!!

My wife and I recently renewed our mortgage. With the banks being who they are, we decided to try going with a broker for the first time. Right from our initial phone conversation, I knew Kevin was an honest person. I had left renewing to the bitter end in hopes the rates might drop, Kevin was under the gun so to speak. He was a true professional. Easy to work with and always returned calls, emails, and texts as quickly as one could under the time constraints. I’m grateful that he was able to take my call. I’ve already let a few people know to give him a call once their mortgages come up for renewal.

I have worked with Kevin M for my condo property in Mimico, Toronto. It was soo smooth, he took care of everything from a mortgage perspective, I just had to supply my documents. Very timely and my mortgage was approved a month before closing, leaving with me peace.
