Jim provided us with quotes promptly. Rick and his team arrived on time, and did a fantastic job repairing a door that was never really installed correctly by previous home owners. They were very careful removing trim on the inside and put it back up without any signs that it was ever even touched! Perfect! They were friendly and cleaned up after they were done. The door works great now. Would definitely recommend!

Very happy with our windows! Rick, Randy and Brian were professional, worked quickly and cleaned their workspace before they left. Jim made sure all the measurements were correct and the turnaround time was less than a month. The new trim they installed elevates the look of the new windows even more! I would definitely recommend Homecastle.

From start to finish I have nothing but great things to say. The sales rep was very kind and professional, the three gentlemen that came to do the install were also very professional kind and respectful. They informed us of some things they think would look best and the overall work was perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
