After we gave Ross an idea what we wanted he showed up with samples and we decided. He gave an accurate estimate of time for the flooring to arrive and how long it would take to install. He was within a half hour guessing how long it would take to install, would use floor masters again in a heartbeat. Thank you

Ross the sales representative came to my premises and did the measurements and helped me pick out a vinyl floor to match the paint on the walls in the basement room. Ross is very friendly, helpful and takes an interest. Very personable and professional.
