This was the worst pedicure I have ever received. She ripped the nail out which caused bleeding hurt more than when I went in! Took too much skin off the bottom of my foot and hurt while it was being done. My foot hurts to walk on a week later!! Pedicure took 15 mins. Avoid this place at all costs any place must be better!!!!Service: Pedicure

Salon is very dirty, had to leave mid-manicure for fear of infection. Full scary story: They told me they did brow waxing, when I arrived they brought me to a pedicure-chair instead of a bed, I was not laying down and the waxer did all the work from one side of me. I love this nail spot! I've been in London for less than a year and looking for a reasonable, quality, and talented (!) nail tech was a challenge. BUT Five Star Nails has finally become my go-to spot! The nail extensions are strong and long-lasting. The salon itself is very easy going...not like those big chain salons that seem to be doing everyone's nails on a conveyer belt. The gentleman and his wife that own it are so kind and always ensuring that you are happy with the shape, colour, design, and everything in between and take pride in their work!
